Gooday friends,

As most of you know Ive had a few “little challenges” on the ball for last two years with two alleged banking matters, a alleged NSW police penalty notice for driving my private car lawfully and peacefully on our public roads without their fraudulent state/statute registration and licence and two separate alleged local court matters/summons for not ever showing up to CONtract with them.

The most recent threat from them for one of the above alleged banking matters was in the form of a Arrest Warrant from the alleged Sheriff Of NSW (link below) due to be carried out within 7 days of the issue date last week Wednesday 29 May 13…

I posted and emailed my reply along with a OPPT invoice…as of today 5.30pm Wednesday 05 June 13 I haven’t heard a peep from them (and i hope they don’t turn up before my compulsory pre-dinner beers), however I believe prior preparation and planning prevents piss poor performance (the 7 P’s) so I knocked up this little declaration for-em (see below)…

The header for each is my reference (ie UCC 1-308/magistrate).

I personally no longer give-em the benefit of a Courtesy Notice – I choose to INVOICE them on the spot so I’ve deleted any references to the CN terms and conditions and so on.

I have a declaration for the alleged magistrate/judge if the alleged Sheriff should ignore the one I present to them and drag me in to their alleged court…and I have one I carry in my car for any alleged Police Officers

Each Point 1, of the;

Greetings,

With all due respect YOU have made a claim on me and I’ll happy to comply with your demand; however I would like to ascertain that I am dealing with the right people by asking you TWO questions.

1. Do you have duly verified documentation that demonstrates to me that you represent true government as constituted at the creation of this country?

2. Do you have duly verified documentation of your standing, your authority, your law and the original accommodation agreement with my wet-ink signature on it saying that I agree to or belong to YOUR corporation?

If you DON’T have the aforementioned documentation I demand FOUR things.

1. I demand a SHERIFF be present to arrest any individual or imposter “posing as a public servant in a private court” under the guise of a true constituted public court that has been foreclosed, and is now attempting to impose a “private contract” that I DO NOT consent to.

2. You and I both know that you DONT have that documentation and I demand that you dismiss this claim immediately or I’ll have you arrested for “impersonating” a true public servant.

3. Under the highest alleged law on this planet, UCC Law there is a filing that remains unrebutted which foreclosed upon the “entity” you claim to represent. You are now operating on your own personal liability.

4. If you decide to pursue this claim now or in any future interactions between us it will be under your own personal liability agreement of the attached; Form UCC1 Commercial Bill / Invoice contract conditions (please see attached).

Take due notice and be governed accordingly.

What happened?

The OPPT posed to the world’s Banks and Governments:

that they had by deceptive acts and practices been stealing from the people for hundreds of years, and;

What does this mean to you?

Are you paying a “debt” to a foreclosed entity..? e.g. mortgage, credit card, car loan?

OPPT has foreclosed on hierarchy. No one stands between you and your creator… not even “Government”.

Because a CEASE AND DESIST order exists, you are free to offer terms and conditions to individuals acting on behalf of a foreclosed Bank or “Government”, by issuing a Courtesy Notice.

What does this mean to Banks & “Governments”?

All beings now act in the capacity of individual entities without a corporate safety net and with full personal liability for each and EVERY ACTION THEY TAKE under common law, protected and preserved by public policy UCC 1-103, and Universal law, the governing law laid out in the OPPT UCC filings. Should any individual pursue any actions on behalf of a foreclosed Bank or “Government”, causing another individual any damage as herein described, they in their individual and unlimited capacity are absolutely liable. Such actions may result in the receipt of a Courtesy Notice.

The Courtesy Notice contains the information of this flyer and offers terms and conditions for future dealings.

Whereas Banks and “Governments” have been foreclosed worldwide… Acts, Statutes, Codes, Courts, Executive Orders etc were thereby foreclosed, thus without a lawfully binding contract – individual to individual, no instrument exists to compel performance.

The Courtesy Notice offers new terms to any individual of a foreclosed entity for their acceptance and the method of acceptance is clearly defined.

What is the UCC – Where and to whom does it apply?

The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is the ‘bible’ of commerce and used world wide, but sometimes in disguise. UCC is not taught in law schools; it is used in high level banking and government corporations. Accordingly most lawyers, attorneys and magistrates know nothing about UCC and will argue it has no application.

Those who would regard the UCC as irrelevant outside the US are thereby claiming former funding arrangements with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York null and void.

Due Diligence

Given the usage of UCC filings in the upper levels of “government” and banks worldwide, due diligence is a necessity.

If there is a dispute, error, or falsity make AND deliver a duly verified sworn DECLARATION OF REBUTTAL to the duly verified, sworn and REGISTERED OPPT DECLARATION OF FACTS, point by point, with specificity and particularity, with full responsibility and liability, under the penalty of perjury under any law you identify, that the forgoing is true and accurate, signed by your wet-ink signature.

To date, no such rebuttal has been registered.
