Tonight, Miley Cyrus won the biggest award at the MTV Video Music Awards. Instead of taking the stage for her acceptance speech, she sent up her date – a young homeless man named Jesse – who gave an impassioned speech about the 1.6 million homeless and runaway youths in the United States.
