It’s not dagga that’s illegal but the enforcement of apartheid dagga laws. It violates every section of the bill of rights but we are hushed for speaking up and all they do is point to the limitation of rights. Therefore our Constitution is worthless when criminals dictate when your universal human rights apply. If your motives do not please their agenda they will find you guilty in the court because in their house they make the rules even at the expense of your liberty and sovereignty.
