South Africa should learn from Colorado. Why is the developments abroad ignored by government but they have budgets for going overseas and learning new & better ways of running government. The simple truth is the illegal dagga structure makes a lot of money for a monopoly of businesses from the tax profits made from prosecuting & housing dagga sellers and smokers to “charties” such as Lead SA. For them its not about protecting children or even society but protecting their business interests and profit margins. R1 billion is an easy target for a legal comprehensive dagga industry.
