A cowboy had lost his
horse due to a snake bite,
and he walked for miles,
carrying his saddle. He
came upon a small hut
belonging to a Mexican
who just happened to
own an old, sway-backed
horse. The cowboy
wondered if the old horse
would be able to carry his
weight, but he had no
choice. He asked the old
Mexican to sell him the
horse. the old man said,
“Señor, he don’t look so
good.”
The cowboy said, “Sell
him please. I am tired of
carrying this saddle.”
They decided on a price,
and the cowboy saddled
up and stepped into the
saddle. The old horse
took off like a shot,
directly into a tree.
The cowboy got up from
the ground and
exclaimed, “That thing is
blind!”
The old Mexican said, “I
told you, Señor. He don’t
