Our society has programmed
us to judge others based on
the arbitrary standards. In
order to be able to see the
facts from the fiction, we
must be able to distinguish
between these programming
and the absolute values of
our own nature.
When we see someone
doing ,or saying something
that doesn’t fit what we think
is appropriate, instead of
reacting and “judging them,”
STOP and ask yourself some
questions…
• I wonder why they are
doing that?
• I wonder why they believe
that?
• I wonder why I don’t like
or agree with that?
• I wonder what thought
process brought them to that
conclusion?
• I wonder what life
circumstances prompted
them to do that?
Asking yourself questions
about another’s behavior or
belief system will shed light
on the programming you
need to address in order to
be to see the facts, from or
