I Saw That. ~Karma
If your initial reaction to
this statement was that
Karma caught you doing
something bad… (click like
on the post).
You can credit your “inner
critic” for this
programming. For some
people, it goes beyond
being caught doing
something bad. It can be
much more harmful if
your reaction was that you
believe that you are
inherently bad, or
unworthy.
One of the programs of
our inner critic that we
very often need to re-write
is the one that says to us
“we always make bad
choices, or that we are
inherently bad or
unworthy.” This code
needs to be replaced with
something more positive
that reflects the true
nature of our Being.
Instead, we should replace
it with code something
like, “it is my intention to
reflect my heart’s inherent
goodness in all my
actions.” If this sounds
very Buddhist like, and
perhaps it is…
Are we always going to
make the best decisions,
and act rightly in every
situation? The answer is,
no. We are all still 100%
human and prone to make
mistakes, but that doesn’t
make us bad, or unworthy.
