The public jokes that dagga is the cause that the Dagga Party missed the deadline but the way I see it is that the Dagga Party did not want to pay the R600 000 to the IEC who spend a R1 000 000 on pot plant pots. That’s my view & I’m sticking to it. Joke now, cry later.
