Good day to whom it may concern
Please spare me a minute of your valued time by reading my plea and kindly respond on your own time.
Find below my plea for the right to choose cannabis, hemp & dagga over alcohol, tobacco and conventional medication.
My request
Please allow me to apply for a cannabis / hemp / dagga / growing permit for self consumption.
My motivation
– I have universal right to self determine what is safe or not safe for consumption and do so without fear of persecution.
– I have universal right to ALL traditional herbs and ALL natural medications.
– What right do you, the South African government or any other entity have to deny me access to a God given plant.
– Cannabis is natural, non toxic alternative to tobacco, alcohol and conventional medication has minimal to no side effects, no withdrawal symptoms, no hangover and most important of all no regrets!
– If I am allowed to grow my own supply I would not have to rely on dagga peddlers, gangsters or crime syndicates to sell me poor quality cannabis of unknown sources that may be contaminated with chemicals or fillers that is then sold at exorbitant prices where these people sell dagga unregulated to children on the street corners of schools.
National plan to curb the illegal sale of dagga to children
Establish a community dagga farm project where community members come together and grow dagga not for profit. Where adults can freely obtain high grade medical cannabis. Stemming dagga crime syndicates in the bud.
Imagine a world in which adults can make the safer choice instead of a world in which dagga is unregulated and sold to children,

I am busy writing a letter to the Minister of health to plea for a cannabis growing permit for self consumption. I am now listing my motivations.
