UPDATE!!! on my application to stay my prosecutions for dagga and on my application for all prosecutions to be stayed nationwide:

I was granted my application for my own stay of prosecutions, and the court postponed on clause 4 to appoint an “amicus” (free advocate) to take the nationwide stay application forward and get the papers in order. We appoint an amicus on 15 April in the High Court again.
