This is so outrageous. Imagine what R2 Billion could do for developing small to medium farmers who can barely feed themselves atm? The majority of farmers in SA canNOT afford this high-input & defective technology. What is the government doing for non-gmo & organic agriculture? And I’ll bet the private sector means multinational corporations. Taxpayers should protest the way this government squanders their money.
