*Its Official : Illinois Becomes 20th State to Legalize Medical Marijuana*
– August 1, 2013 marks the day Illinois legalized medical marijuana making it the 20th medical marijuana state in the United States. Governor Quinn signed House Bill 1 at 11:30am this morning as confirmed by the General Office of Governor Quinn.
