Cape Town should protest this “Compromise”. The application by private developer, MSP Planners, was not supported by the vast majority of the city’s departments, mayoral committee or the Western Cape Depts of Agriculture and Sustainable Resource Management, NOR by The People! Now the mayoral committee has just gone ahead & approved it! They had NO RIGHT!
