Cannabis legalisation is the 21st centuries big civil rights movement. As big, if not bigger, than the Gay rights movements of the 70’s and 80’s. We see the parallels here at DC central as plain as day. All that ‘useless stoner’ derogatory talk, dagga bashing and general vilification of cannabis users. Moral and ideological hate speech.
